What happens when you contact us

Trying something new can feel daunting — that’s normal. Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the contact form with some basic information about yourself (name, email, etc.).

  2. Introductory email – once we receive your form, we’ll send you an email with more details about the process.

  3. Ongoing conversation – from there, we’ll exchange emails to discuss your needs, any accommodations, preferred practice times and duration, and any goals or challenges you’d like to focus on.

Everything is flexible and at your pace. There’s no pressure to do anything you’re not comfortable with, and you can take as much time as you need to respond.

You are never required to disclose any medical diagnosis.

If finances are a concern — particularly within neurodivergent, disabled, or other marginalized communities — please know that support is available. Simply write “low cost” in the contact form, and we will gladly offer a reduced rate.

You know yourself best. We commit to educating ourselves as much as possible to support you effectively.

We are not doctors or physiotherapists. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any yoga practice.

We understand that communication can be challenging for some neurodivergent or disabled individuals. Phone or video calls are never required. You can communicate entirely online, or, if it is more comfortable, reach out through an advocate, guardian, or parent.
