Yoga with space for different bodies, minds, and lives.

Yoga is a practice for everyone.

Yoga can take many forms, and every person arrives with a unique body, mind, and life experience. Adaptiv Yoga Nordic offers practices that make space for this diversity through choice, adaptation, and gentle guidance.

Whether you come to practice, learn, or explore, you are welcome here.

Practice. Learn. Explore.

Welcome to Adaptiv Yoga Nordic.

A studio, school, and library for accessible yoga, mindfulness, and rest.

Rooted in curiosity, gentleness, and respect for difference, we create space for minds and bodies of all kinds.

Practices may be seated, lying down, standing, or sensory-based. Here, yoga is adapted to people. Not the other way around.

People with different bodies, needs, and experiences come together in practices grounded in choice, safety, and adaptation rather than demands or perfection.
